Momofuku’s 4th of July Baskets; Zakary Pelaccio’s Lamb Spit-Roast 6/25/13 at 6:05 PM Celebrate the Fourth in style with a to-go basket from Momofuku Noodle Bar or Ssäm Bar. Noodle Bar's is $250, Ssäm Bar's is $350, and they both feed eight to ten people. [Grub Street] Toy, the club and restaurant from the Koch twins and the management of China Grill, has "outgrown" the Gansevoort Meatpacking Hotel, and will relocate in the fall. It's closing the doors after a relocation party this Thursday. [Eater NY] The New Amsterdam Market returned for a day on Sunday with over 70 vendors, peddling everything from cold-brewed coffee to vine-dried raisins. It'll be back in the fall. [Serious Eats] The 3rd Annual Farm On! Hudson Vally Food Lovers' Festival is going down on July 19 and 20. Zakary Pelaccio will cook a lamb spit-roast for 300 people on Friday the 19th, and there will be a farmer seated at each table. All proceeds go to the FarmOn Foundation, which gives Hudson Valley students an opportunity to visit local farms.
