CITY-WIDE — Daniel Boulud, Andrew Carmellini, Drew Nieporent, Eric Ripert and several other major restaurateurs will partner with the Bob Woodruff Foundation to launch the first Dine Out For Heroes on November 5. One dollar from each cover at the restaurants will be donated to BWF to help the organization address the challenges of long-term rehabilitation and care for injured veterans.
