Keeping the Torch Alive with some All-Star Guests

2014 was our biggest year yet.  And to cap it all off, we welcomed the Northern Chefs Alliance — a collective at the forefront of the North American culinary world — for a friendly cooking competition.  As always, our guests of honor were 302 proprietors from 25 local family farms.

On hand to pay tribute to their produce were some big names: April Bloomfield, Sean Brock, and Matty Matheson —just to name a few.  We were also overjoyed to welcome back our good friend Zakary Pelaccio.

Musical entertainment was provided by John Medeski, who was joined on stage by Amy Helm — daughter of Levon.  Dinner was followed, per usual, by a bonfire and barn party.
