Farm-to-Table, Person-to-Person

This year, we once again welcomed 400 local residents to dine alongside 100 proprietors from area farms to join us for a dinner prepared by Terrence Brennan of Roundhouse in Beacon, New York.

The evening’s festivities were preceded by a cocktail hour featuring live music.  Guests were invited to pick and choose a case from a variety of local wineries, and the dinner was followed by a bonfire and barn party.

The goal of the Hootenanny has always been to honor the hardworking hands that feed all of us.  We were thrilled this year to once again bring diners, chefs, and farmers together at the same table.
