No outside food and beverages are allowed at any FarmOn! events without approval. Guests bringing in outside food and beverages will be asked to leave.
FarmOn! Foundation encourages a smoke free environment. If you must smoke at any of our events we ask that you do so away from children and guests in a designated area and take all smoking materials with you when you leave the property.
As much as we love pets- especially farm pets- our insurance will not allow yours to be brought to any of the events. We thank you for leaving them at home.
The Hootenanny HOOT! and Festivals are “rain or shine” events and severe weather cancellations will be made at the discretion of management in the event of cancellation of any events.
Non-pro digital and still cameras (no tripods) are encouraged at all events. No video or audio recording devices are permitted and releases must be issued.
If you would like to apply for a Professional Press Pass please submit this application to tessa@104.236.34.6 two weeks prior to event date. After that time no applications will be accepted.

An empty cooler if shopping (will be checked upon entry if not left in the car), sun hat/umbrella, sunscreen, walking shoes (it’s a working farm), picnic blanket and bug spray.
Not at the farm but there are multiple ATM machines in the center of the hamlet of Copake NY.
Yes. Credit cards are accepted at FarmOn! Foundation and we pre-authorize cards at events for your convenience to shop, bid or donate. Thank you for your generosity!
