A precursor to Camp FarmOn!, our Sprouts Camp is a 5-day July adventure at Empire Farm in Copake, NY, for ages 7 to 12.  Mornings are spent exploring the beautiful farm, planting in the fields, tending to the greenhouses, harvesting vegetables, gathering eggs, playing games, cooking and eating; the afternoons are occupied with culinary and nature experiences.
